We’re looking for people committed to turning their ambitious ideas into game-changing businesses. We work with founders regardless of background or geography—from experienced business operators to technologists and entrepreneurs. Whether you've just started building, but haven't yet raised capital; you've got an idea and are thinking about getting started, but haven't quite made the leap; or you don't have an idea but are determined to be an entrepreneur, Antler is the right place for you to bring your idea to life. We admit individual founders, people looking for co-founders, and pre-existing teams.
Pre-idea and pre-product. Exceptional founders can join Antler before the inception of their company to find a co-founder(s) and receive their initial funding. We support these founders through team formation, idea validation, dedicated expert coaching, access to the world’s largest-growing community of like-minded entrepreneurs, and a clear pathway to capital.
Startups can join Antler to scale their operations and secure early-stage funding. These are typically incorporated companies with a product in market and growing customer base. We provide dedicated expert coaching, industry connections to secure subsequent funding rounds, support to scale operations, and a clear pathway to capital.

We start with venture development and testing your startup hypotheses. You will be surrounded with everything you need to build at lightning speed: a community of diverse founders so that you can find the right co-founder, coaching from our team of proven founders and advisors, and perks from partners and a global network.

Start talking to customers, develop your MVP, refine your business model, and develop your go-to-market strategy alongside our expert coaches.

Pitch to Antler’s Investment Committee
Teams deemed ready will pitch to our Investment Committee comprising partners from the Antler MENAP team, external local investors, and partners from Antler's global team. The Investment Committee votes on which teams receive an investment.
Platform to accelerate growth and fundraising
Antler invests through series C and beyond. When joining the portfolio, you are matched with a dedicated partner coach and portfolio team that will support you with fundraising strategy, investor intros, business development, hiring and access to talent, and connecting you to a network of hundreds of experts advisors to help you scale.
The full application process takes about 2 weeks to complete. Once you apply, our scouting team will guide you through the full process and will be available to answer all your questions. All of our interviews are done online.

In this interview we will discuss your experience and knowledge in more depth. We will focus on your interests, passions, ideas, problem-solving skills and insights.
Offer to join Antler
Once we have made an offer, the next steps are simple. You’ll sign an Antler Founder Agreement and shortly after, we will send you a welcome package containing instructions on how to participate in our pre-program activities to prepare you for your first day, including getting to know the other founders in your program ahead of time.

We are delighted to announce that we are expanding our investment activity. Our primary focus remains to invest at the pre-seed stage, but we now also have the ability to offer our portfolio companies follow-on capital as they grow and scale, up to Series C.
