Hamza brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of startups, venture-building, and early-stage investing across leading ecosystem platforms in Egypt and the wider MENAP region. He was previously Head of Strategic Ventures at Banque Misr and spent six years with AUC Venture Lab, helping build it from inception into a leading university-backed accelerator and rising to Associate Director, where he oversaw founder journeys, portfolio support, and strategic partnerships.​
