Rita enjoys coaching early-stage founders on Growth, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Fundraising. Rita has 10+ years of work experience in Digital Transformation, Digital Performance, and Growth. She has built and led Growth teams for direct-to-consumer startups in media-tech, ed-tech, health-tech, and sustainable fashion. Based out of London, Rita works with Antler teams across the world and supports portfolio companies on Growth (hiring for growth teams, growth strategy, and international expansion/market activation). Rita is fluent in French, German, English, and Spanish, and conversational in Arabic. She is an Angel Investor and focused on female-led startups, D2C, and climate tech.
