Novi is responsible for scouting the exceptional talents to join our program to build innovative tech start-ups. Starting her career as Analyst in Accenture and IBM Malaysia, she then decided to shift her career to recruitment consultant at Michael Page Indonesia prior to joining Antler as Founder Scout. Her experience immerses in helping businesses grow by finding the right talent with the right skillset, drive and motivation to help ventures to scale up in the long term.
