Kohei Hamada

Kohei Hamada is a Partner at Antler Japan, a seasoned entrepreneur with successful exit experience. He supports exceptional entrepreneurs in pursuing thier global opportunities. In 2017, he founded Monokab Inc., a company specializing in a sneaker trading platform called 'Monokabu,' and rapidly expanded the business. The business was later acquired by SODA Inc., after which Kohei headed the global expansion of SNKRDUNK, Japan’s largest sneaker and trading card marketplace. Before founding Monokab, he worked at SMBC Nikko Securities.Born and educated in Japan, Kohei holds a B.S. in Architecture from the School of Creative Science and Engineering at Waseda University. He was named to the Forbes 30-Under-30 list in the Retail and E-commerce category in 2021.
