So far in Australia, we have worked with hundreds of exceptional founders. You must be able to attend our full-time 11-week Residency in person in either Sydney or Melbourne. You must also have full working rights in Australia to be eligible. If this timing doesn’t work for you, we hold three intakes a year.

Adele is responsible for leading Scouting and Angel fundraising. Scouting is a pivotal function for Antler to secure exceptional founders to build businesses with the Fund. Turning to fundraising, Antler holds a powerful angel community that deploys post Antler's initial investment. Prior to Antler, she was an early hire of now unicorn SafetyCulture and with corporate VC the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Digital Ventures.
Akhil Sharma

Akhil is responsible for Antler’s Pre-Launch delivery, overall improvement of investment processes, and is Melbourne’s lead founder-facing presence. He has over 7 years of experience in strategy and operations at Uber and Agoda and more recently leading the Scaleup Program for later stage startups at EnergyLab, one of Australia’s most prominent climate tech accelerators.
