Finding a co-founder is no easy feat, and whilst there are resources available to help you find a co-founder, it can often be difficult to assess whether together you are a good fit to build a company.

At Antler, each entrepreneur who joins is vetted through a rigorous interview process, ensuring that everyone possesses founder DNA teamed with an unfair advantage, and importantly are ready to build!

To give you an idea of how Antler helps entrepreneurs find a complementary co-founder(s) in a matter of weeks, here are just some of the advantages on offer to those who join and build their startup with the VC.

1. Pre-program slack community

Before the program starts, you will be invited to join Antler’s slack community full of active founders looking for their co-founder to build their next company with, and who will be joining you in your entrepreneurial journey. This kickstarts the co-founder matching process before the program officially begins, as you will have the opportunity to meet all the founders in your cohort.

2. Fingerprint for Success

During the program, founders will fill out their F4S which will provide a benchmark for where you and your potential co-founder sit in terms of affiliations and blindspots. This can help guide initial conversations and finding your co-founder

3. The 50 founder questions

These questions are designed highlight personal questions so that you can have upfront conversations with your potential co-founders sooner rather than later

4. Design sprints

One of the best ways to assess if you and your potential co-founder can practically work together and think through ideas.

5. One-on-one coaching

Through coaching sessions, Antler will provide an early view on your team and your compatibility via complementary skill sets and commitment.

If you are an early-stage founder and looking for a co-founder, we would love to hear from you! Applications to join Antler Australia are open - apply here.
