We bring together exceptional builders to co-found with, explore, and validate ideas. Together, we can turn your vision into reality.
We organize hackathons, team challenges, and speaking engagements with seasoned entrepreneurs and investors so that you can build the right idea, fast and with the right support. You can join us as a solo founder or with a complete team.
Teams ready to pitch will present to our Investment Committee. With us on board as investors, you have sparring and access to our extensive network from Day 0.
When joining the portfolio, you become part of Antler’s global Portfolio and are matched with a dedicated team who will support you with scaling your venture.
How Antler works
Antler's 8-week residency in Copenhagen welcomes both teams and individuals to launch startups and secure pre-seed funding. We connect driven individuals to co-create and build from scratch, while we help established teams fast-track their growth with 1:1 coaching and initial capital.
Application Process
The entire application process takes about two weeks to complete. After applying via our website, candidates will undergo two interviews. Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the upcoming Antler Residency in Denmark. You can both apply as a team and as a solo founder.

The Residency
Build your company alongside a cohort of pre-vetted, exceptional potential co-founders, validate your ideas, engage with customers, develop your MVP, refine your business model, and create your go-to-market strategy before pitching to the investment committee.
The Antler Investment
We invest to catalyze your pre-seed raise, with reserves for later rounds. Our terms are simple: We invest €200,000 upfront (€100,000 for 8.5% of ownership + €100,000 on an uncapped SAFE or convertible note). In addition to the €200,000, we pre-commit €300,000 of matching funds into the first funding rounds you raise, for a grand total of €500,000. We can continue with follow-on investments in our companies with larger amounts until Series C.
Post-investment, we foster an even higher touch relationship, where founders continue to work with Antler weekly. Focus areas include customer and revenue growth, and future fundraising preparation. As portfolio companies progress toward their next round, Antler introduces its most recent investment cohort of downstream investors.

We'll invest as early as a clearly defined product statement and roadmap to your MVP, we'll even help you incorporate your new venture if necessary. We always aim to be the first institutional check into our portfolio companies.
Antler's Nordic residencies take place at our offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, and Helsinki. The residency is a full-time commitment. This means that you are 100% dedicating your time to building your company. That said, it is not “mandatory” to be in the office from 9-5PM daily. The intention is to foster an engaged and supportive community of founders building together in person. As long as you show up for cohort activities and receive value from the community, you can spend your time in any way you see most fit to build your company. Most founders come in 4-5 days a week.
We are industry agnostic. We invest in scalable companies and exceptional people. However, we do not invest in the following areas: drugs, narcotics, adult entertainment, and gambling.

Mike is a Partner at Antler Australia and co-leads the Australia operations. He's a seasoned operator and investor who kickstarted his career in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.Mike's journey with Uber began as the second employee in Asia and the 121st globally. As the Head of Operations for Australia and New Zealand, he played a pivotal role in building a thriving multi-billion-dollar business locally. Over the course of six years, he witnessed the local team's remarkable growth, scaling it from just three members to a formidable team of over 500. This experience gave him invaluable insights into scaling businesses and driving growth in challenging markets.Following his time at Uber, Mike co-founded and led Kaddy, a B2B marketplace. Under his leadership as CEO, Kaddy was acquired for $34 million within three years. Mike also brings over 20 years of investment experience, including numerous direct and indirect angel investments. His diverse background and extensive experience have made him a sought-after advisor and mentor, offering valuable insights to early stage businesses.
