We are delighted to share that Hannah Leach is joining the UK leadership team as a Partner. Hannah joins us from Houghton Street Ventures, an early-stage VC fund, backing the best and brightest founders from the LSE’s alumni base, which Hannah and I founded in 2021 and have since run together, backing 20 companies and investing alongside a number of tier 1 VCs globally.
She is also the founder and now Exec Chairwoman of VentureESG, a nonprofit that since 2021 has become the leading organisation globally, supporting over 700 VCs and LPs with responsible investment practices.
She brings 10+ years of experience across all parts of the tech ecosystem - helping startups launch and scale, corporates to innovate and build new products, funds on fundraising strategy, and has tinkered here and there with ventures of her own. She brings an unrivalled network to Antler, as well as a knack for building and nurturing strong and engaged communities, something that is key to our long-term success.
Having known Hannah for the last decade and worked alongside her for close to five years, I couldn’t be more excited to have her join our UK team and mission.
