On 5 October 2026, a small group of founders will spend 6 intense weeks in Singapore turning early conviction into a venture-backed company.

Since 2018, Antler has backed 1,800+ startups globally, including breakout companies such as Airalo and Lovable. SG21 is our 21st Singapore cohort, and we are looking for founders with the rare combination of:

  • technical or commercial edge
  • unusually fast execution
  • global ambition from day one

Apply now.

What happens in 6 weeks

Most startup programs optimize for learning. SG21 optimises for global category leaders creation. By the end of SG21, the strongest teams typically leave with:

  • a ready-to-launch product,
  • real customer interest or commercial proof points,
  • direct feedback from investors and experienced operators
  • and US$400,000 in committed capital from inception.

No demo-day theatre. No months of workshops. Just focused execution with partners whose job is to help you build something fundable, fast.

The Antler Singapore Inception Deal

We invest with conviction after working closely with founders for 6 weeks. Founders receive up to $400,000 from inception, starting with $150,000 net as the first ticket.

We believe in transparency. Here is exactly how the investment works:

  • $100,000 for 10% equity via SAFE. This is a straightforward equity investment that gives Antler 10% ownership upon closing.
  • $50,000 via an uncapped SAFE with a Most Favoured Nation (MFN) clause. Unlike a typical SAFE with a valuation cap, an uncapped MFN SAFE has no cap at the time of investment. Instead, it automatically converts on the same terms as the most favorable SAFE you issue to future investors before your next priced round.
  • Up to $250,000 committed matching capital. We commit to matching capital at 50% of funding raised from other institutional investors (ARC).

This structure removes pressure. You are not locked into a valuation today, and neither are we. It is designed to let you raise on your own terms.

Note: There is no fee to participate in the residency.

But you get more than that

US$4M in AI and infrastructure credits

From day one, founders tap into $4 million in technical perks, including GPU credits and AI tools from partners like OpenAI, Anthropic AWS and NVIDIA. The goal is the most efficient path from validation to a venture-backed company.

For AI-native startups, this can compress months of infrastructure into weeks of experimentation.

Built for speed

6 weeks. One outcome: momentum.

The residency is intentionally short because exceptional founders do not need a semester-long course. They need:

  • rapid product iteration,
  • customer and GTM pressure-testing,
  • fundraising preparation,
  • and access to people who can unblock critical decisions immediately.

A path to the US

For startups that begin to break out, Antler Embark provides a dedicated GTM-led pathway for expansion into the US market, supporting pre-seed and seed-stage companies scaling from Southeast Asia.

Backed beyond pre-seed

This is not a one-cheque relationship.

Antler's growth platform, Antler Elevate, can invest up to US$25M from Series A onwards, allowing us to continue backing exceptional companies as they scale.

Who should apply?

SG21 is not for people exploring startup life. It is for founders who are already building.

The strongest applicants typically have:

  • a problem they are deeply committed to solving,
  • an early MVP, prototype, or working product,
  • evidence of customer discovery or market validation,
  • and a clear hypothesis about what they need to prove next.

You do not need a polished product.

You do need evidence of obsession.

Applications are now open.

How to apply

The next Antler residency in Singapore starts on 5 October 2026.

Put in an application through our AI-guided conversation here. If you pass the initial screening stage, the team will reach out for a quick 15-minute call before scheduling in virtual call with our partners, demonstrate insights and prove you can execute fast.

Applications are now open for founders who want to be considered early for the upcoming cohort. While our team is currently focused on supporting the existing portfolio, we’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis and building the next group of standout companies to work with.

Pro-tip: A pitch deck is required during your application process. Prepare your deck in a PDF format (under 20MB) to avoid technical issues in the submission or screening stage.
