Victoria is the Scouting Manager at Antler Africa. She has previously served in Talent Management and Business Partnering roles at start-ups such as Komaza Forestry and Twiga Foods. She has also worked at M+R Spedag Group, a logistics company. She holds a CHRP and BSc. in HR Management.
