

Fridtjof Berge
Fridtjof oversees external activities globally at Antler and serves on several of its investment committees. He is passionate about helping founders scale their ideas more effectively and sustainably. Before co-founding Antler, he worked at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across the retail, consumer goods, and financial services sectors in Northern and Central Europe. He also previously led E-commerce for a Nordic footwear distributor. Fridtjof has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree in Finance & Venture Capital and is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
