Elin heads Founder Experience for Antler’s Continental European team. She has led teams in community building, partnerships, and events at the intersection of geopolitics, education, and startups. Previously with Junior Achievement and Human Rights Watch, she also founded Future Leaders Global, a leadership program active in 15 markets. She holds an Executive MSc in International Strategy and Diplomacy from LSE.
