Dolapo is an Associate at Antler, based in Lagos, where he supports early-stage founders and leads scouting efforts across West Africa.

He began his journey in venture capital at Funema VC, working closely with startups on investment readiness and growth. He later joined 54 Collective (formerly Founders Factory Africa), where he led deal sourcing and supported founders across fintech, healthtech, climate, and commerce. He also co-founded a logistics startup, giving him firsthand experience in building and scaling ventures.

Dolapo holds a BSc in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), and a CFA candidate.
