• $400K in funding. We invest $250K for 10% equity, plus $150K via an uncapped SAFE with MFN. The uncapped SAFE converts on the terms of your next priced round, giving you maximum flexibility on valuation while securing critical early capital.
• $650K+ in AI perks from the first day, then unlock $4M+ after the funding. Disrupt companies receive cloud, compute, and AI credits from NVIDIA, OpenAI, AWS, Nebius, and more. These credits are often enough to fully cover your infrastructure costs as you scale.
• No sprint fee. You pay nothing to participate. Unlike other accelerators, we don't deduct fees from your investment or charge for the sprint. The full $400K is yours to deploy.
• A network that opens doors. Beyond capital, you get direct access to Antler's global network of founders, operators, and industry leaders. We make introductions to customers, partners, and investors that accelerate your GTM and global expansion.
• Long-term partnership. The sprint is only the beginning of a long-term relationship. We continuously invest into your subsequent rounds as you scale with our follow-on funding and through Antler Elevate, our global growth fund.
• No board seat. We believe founders should control their boards at this stage. We're here to support, not to control.

The Math

Here's how the Antler Disrupt investment is structured:

We invest a total of $400,000 through two instruments at the same time.

First, we invest $250,000 in exchange for 10% equity in your company. This is a straightforward equity investment that gives Antler 10% ownership upon closing.

Second, we invest $150,000 via an uncapped SAFE with a Most Favored Nation (MFN) provision. Unlike a typical SAFE with a valuation cap, an uncapped MFN SAFE has no cap at the time of investment. Instead, it automatically converts on the same terms as the most favorable SAFE you issue to future investors before your next priced round.

Here's a quick example: let's say you raise additional SAFEs from other investors at a $10M post-money valuation cap before your Series A. The $150K MFN SAFE would then convert at that same $10M cap, which means it converts into $150,000 / $10,000,000 = 1.5% of the company.

In this scenario, your total dilution from the Disrupt investment would be 11.5% (10% from the equity + 1.5% from the SAFE). The higher your valuation cap in subsequent rounds, the less dilution you take from the SAFE portion.

This structure removes pressure. You're not locked into a valuation today, and neither are we. It's designed to let you raise on your own terms.

No fees. We don't charge any fees to participate in the sprint. The full $400,000 is yours to deploy. We understand that some accelerators charge fees to the companies in their programs, and while we don't think it's bad behavior, founders should deduct those fees when comparing offers. At Antler, there's nothing to deduct.

The Investment Committee Process

Acceptance into AI Disrupt signals a strong interest to invest, but the final investment decision happens at IC at the end of Week 4. Here's how the process works, and why it's designed to give you the best chance to receive our investment:

• Work directly with our partners.
  From day one, you'll work closely with Antler partners who will support you through the sprint. This isn't a passive observation period. Our partners are actively helping you refine your GTM, sharpen your pitch, and address any concerns that could come up at IC.
• Meet the decision makers before IC.
  You won't walk into IC cold. Throughout the sprint, you'll have opportunities to meet and engage with the partners who sit on our Investment Committee. By the time you present, they already know your business and your potential.
• Address concerns in real time.
  If there are questions or concerns about your business and scalability, you'll hear them early, not as a surprise at IC. These concerns are raised to help you uncover blindspots, build strategies that enable rapid scaling in both technical and commercial sense.
• IC at the end of Week 4.
  You'll present to Antler's Investment Committee. If you get the majority vote yes, we invest $400K immediately. The process is direct, decisive, and designed to move at the speed of exceptional founders.
