Introducing Antler TRINITY in Berlin: a 3-week sprint for Deep Tech, AI, and Resilience

The strongest founders in Europe don’t need a long runway to explore - they need a short, intense window to ship, prove signal, and move decisively toward scaling. Antler TRINITY is our new, highly selective 3-week sprint in Berlin built for exactly these.

Why TRINITY? And why three weeks?

Three weeks is intentional: it’s long enough to create meaningful progress, and short enough to keep intensity high.

In practice, 21 days forces teams to do what great founders do best:

  • Prioritise ruthlessly and focus on the few things that drive outcomes
  • Convert “conviction” into proven execution (product, customers, traction, fundraising readiness)
  • Surface real signal quickly - for both founders and investors - instead of stretching decisions over months
  • Build momentum in a window that maps well to the pace of early fundraising, product development and customer cycles

TRINITY is designed to compress months of iteration into one sprint - with a clear finish line.

What is Antler TRINITY?

TRINITY follows a clear 3x3x3 setup:

1) 3-week application window
Applications close on 16 February.

2) 3-week sprint in-person in Berlin
The sprint kicks off on 16 February (Berlin, in-person) and is execution-first: fast progress, clear milestones, and an investment-ready outcome.

3) 3 investment themes (9 teams total)
We are selecting 9 teams in total to join the Berlin sprint:

  • Deep Tech
  • AI
  • Resilience

Who TRINITY is for

TRINITY is for teams that are in the early days of building, have not raised institutional capital yet and want to accelerate toward scaling.

A strong fit looks like:

  • A strong founding team with clear-cut roles and high execution speed
  • A prototype, MVP, or early traction (pilots, LOIs, revenue, or clear customer pull)
  • Conviction around what you’re building and why you’re the team to win
  • A near-term path to fundraising (or a clear plan to get there)

If you’re still searching for a direction or co-founder, the next TRINITY sprint should be yours.

The three TRINITY themes

Deep Tech

Foundational technology where defensibility comes from technical depth and step-change performance.
Examples include industrial and infrastructure software, robotics, security, quantum and advanced compute, applied science, frontier tooling, and next-gen developer and infrastructure layers.

Portfolio examples: Voltrac (autonomous electrified vehicles for industrial and logistics use cases), Orbion (AI platform accelerating protein research workflows), Simplyblock (high-performance cloud-native storage for modern workloads), AIRMO (methane and emissions monitoring via sensing + analytics for industrial sites).

AI

AI-native products and platforms with real wedges and durable advantage - beyond thin wrappers. We’re excited about application-layer companies with clear ROI and distribution, as well as enabling tooling where it’s truly differentiated (e.g., evaluation/observability, deployment, model tooling).

Portfolio examples: Peec AI (AI search analytics and visibility for marketing teams), 913.ai (AI agents that automate operational workflows), LangWatch (LLM evaluation and observability for reliable production agents).

Resilience

Companies that strengthen Europe’s ability to operate through volatility - across energy, supply chains, industry, and defence & security resilience.
Examples include critical infrastructure, cyber and risk intelligence, operational continuity, sensing and situational awareness, logistics and supply chain robustness, energy security, and climate adaptation.

Portfolio examples: Scale Energy (grid and industrial battery storage), NeoCarbon (carbon removal leveraging existing industrial infrastructure), Sapper Intelligence (threat detection and situational awareness for safer operations).

Why join TRINITY

A highly curated cohort
Nine teams in Berlin, selected for depth and speed.

A 21-day finish line
TRINITY is time-boxed on purpose. The output isn’t “learning” - it’s more progress than you would usually make in months and a clear signal.

A direct path to Antler investment
TRINITY is built to support companies which we can back from inception through Series C. Teams that are funded will receive Antler’s investment and will also get access to the community kickoff with another 100+ builders starting 9th of March in Berlin.

Investment terms

If selected for investment, companies qualify for Antler’s standard terms in Continental Europe:

  • Up to €500K committed at inception
  • Up to €4M+ in perks (cloud, software, and AI credits)
  • Up to €30M in long-term capital through Series C

How to apply

Applications are open up until February 16th. You can apply here.
If you are a team building in Deep Tech, AI, or Resilience and want to compress time-to-signal in three weeks, we’d love to hear from you!
