Zahir is a Scouting Associate at Antler, where his work spans founder sourcing, building AI-powered operations internally, and supporting founders through Antler's residency program as they build toward their first product and raise.

He brings experience from both sides of the table and has a passion for backing young, ambitious founders. Prior to joining the team, Zahir was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler's AUS15 cohort, where he co-founded Nudge, an AI-powered finance app designed to prevent overspending, which was accepted into Antler's Residency and Blackbird Giants. A multiple award-winner across local and national competitions, he has also built experience across Banking, Venture Capital, HR, and Motorsport.

Zahir holds a Bachelor of Computer Science in Advanced Computer Science with a minor in Philosophy from Monash University.
