Theresa is an Investment Manager at Antler Singapore, where she works with early-stage founders on fundraising, go-to-market execution, and international expansion. She began her career in politics under the Israeli Ambassador to the UN before transitioning into the startup ecosystem, supporting companies from inception through acquisition and advising teams across Europe and Israel on GTM strategy. Theresa earned an MBA from the NUS and worked with Jungle Ventures, focusing on scouting AI, gaming, and vertical SaaS companies across SEA. She brings this cross-border, operator-informed perspective to Antler’s portfolio, helping founders navigate early commercial traction, investor readiness, and expansion beyond their home markets.
