Satomi leads startup scouting at Antler Japan, identifying and activating the next generation of deep-tech founders. Before Antler, she worked at Mach49, where she co-founded four startups across Europe, the Middle East, and Japan using enterprise assets and technologies. She also brings experience from Fujisoft, where she lead user research and co-developed products with 10+ manufacturers and startups in IoT, mobility, and medical systems. Satomi’s edge is at the intersection of customer insights, venture design, and founder activation across startups, corporates, and universities.
