Mathias is an investment partner at Antler Elevate. Since joining in 2019, he has co-led Antler Norway, drove global strategic projects, and since 2022 has been part of Antler Elevate. Mathias kicked off his career at McKinsey & Company, before joining and being part of launching a Nordic private equity firm (Explore Equity) focused on small and mid cap minority investments. Mathias holds a MSc Econ. from Norwegian School of Economics.
