Lavanya leads Antler’s global operations, working with early-stage fund partners and local teams across markets to drive fund performance and operational efficiency. Previously, she led Antler’s global scouting function, shaping founder sourcing and selection strategies across the firm.

Earlier at Antler, she led scouting and selection in the Nordics, played a key role in integrating operations across the region, and served on the Nordic Investment Committee.

Before Antler, Lavanya worked at Katapult VC, a global early-stage impact fund, and was an early operator at a data analytics startup. She also brings over a decade of experience in strategic communications and corporate advisory across Asia, Europe and North America, working with senior leaders across financial services and enterprise technology.
