Imogen Jones is a Scouting Manager at Antler, dedicated to finding and backing Australia's most ambitious founders.

She has spent her career at the intersection of startup ecosystem growth, capital, investor relations, partnerships, and community building. Most recently, she was Head of Ecosystem at Fishburners, where she worked closely with founders, investors, government programs, and corporate partners to scale the Australian startup ecosystem.

Alongside this, she led the Ascent Project, a program that walks 500–1,000 female founders through capital raising each year, working to close the gap in founder funding access.

Prior to Fishburners, Imogen worked across APAC with capital allocators spanning family offices and institutional investors, developing a deep understanding of how capital moves through private markets.

She has also lived the founder journey herself, having exited her own business at 21, led large-scale global events of up to 20,000 attendees, and worked in business development at a mental health-focused creative agency.

Imogen volunteers with The Feel Good Project, which supports people experiencing domestic violence and homelessness, and contributes to Grapevine, a platform empowering individuals across Australia's tech scene to build safer, more inclusive working environments.
