Desmond is a Partner in Antler's Capital team based out of London, UK. He has over 20 years experience working within venture, banking and consulting across four continents. Prior to joining Antler, Desmond led corporate development and investor relations for a multinational start-up bank backed by USD 250m+ of venture capital. He has over a decade of personal investment experience in early stage companies. Desmond worked at HSBC for 15 years as one of their fast-tracked executives working in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai and Athens primarily within the Global Markets and Corporate and Institutional Banking divisions.
