Infer.so is a California-based all-in-one AI solution for sales call handling, management, and training. Its AI voice bots automate phone conversations and execute tasks the way a human agent would, with use cases spanning insurance, e-commerce, hospitality, fintech, and more. The bots run on infinite memory and personalization, using machine learning to understand conversational themes so they can respond the way a person would — not read from a fixed script.

"Insurance has always run on scripts read by tired people. Infer swapped the tired people for something that never gets tired and never goes off-script."

Built to sound human, not scripted

To power those conversations, Infer.so turned to ElevenLabs for voice synthesis after finding it through research into voice cloning and synthesis platforms. "ElevenLabs' voices stood out as the most realistic and user-friendly," the Infer.so team has said, adding that even as larger incumbents released competing tools, the team stayed loyal to ElevenLabs "primarily due to the superior voice quality offered." That real-time voice generation — high quality with low latency — is central to how Infer's bots hold natural, responsive conversations at scale, across every industry the product touches.

From no US revenue to a Fortune 100 customer

Before Embark, Infer had no confirmed US revenue. Since then, the company has crossed $1M+ ARR — including landing a Fortune 100 customer — and raised $5M led by Stellaris out of India off the back of that traction.

From Suneel, Co-founder, Infer: "We came in with 3 key strategic questions and got answers in the first 3 days. Before Embark, Infer had no confirmed US revenue. Since then, the company has crossed $1M+ ARR — including landing a Fortune 100 customer — and raised $5M led by Stellaris out of India off the back of that traction."

With real US revenue now on the board, a Fortune 100 logo, and fresh capital behind it, Infer is betting that voice AI which sounds — and behaves — like a person is what finally makes automated sales and support calls work at scale.
