What it is

Fast funding, backed by a global VC

A five-week, online pre-seed investment process with Antler Australia. Expert 1:1 working sessions, fixed terms, and a clear answer before 2026 ends. Antler is a multi-stage venture investor that invests from inception to exit.

Eligibility

Who it's for:

✓Based in Australia, with full working rights (citizen or PR) and eligible to be a director of an Australian company
✓A complete, full-time co-founding team of 2–3
✓Working on a validated idea or an MVP with early traction
✓Less than 10k monthly revenue
✓Less than 12 months into building

Get selected

If selected, you'll be invited to pitch. From here we'll decide if you proceed with the Fast Track investment process.

Due diligence

Get weekly 1:1 working sessions to get VC-ready ahead of your pitch. During this time, we'll also do our due diligence.

Investment Committee

Pitch to Antler's Investment Committee for a pre-seed cheque.

05

Funding

If successful, and your corporate structure is correct, investment exchanges within ~2 weeks.

What type of companies does Antler back? +

Antler is business model and industry agnostic. This can be seen via the breadth of our portfolio.

Globally, Antler has invested in over 1,000+ companies to date across many industries. In Australia, we have an active portfolio size of >100 companies that is well-balanced across different sectors. We have:

  • Enterprise SaaS startups operating in construction site management, cybersecurity, Talent management, and computer vision.
  • Digital platforms in verticals such as health, learning, and pet services.

Can I engage other investors while in the Fast Track process? +
Yes! We encourage you to have preliminary conversations with other investors, including but not limited to angel investors, friends and family, as well as other institutional investors. However, you should not be soliciting term sheets whilst you are in our Due Diligence process. We do make an exception for VC-led rounds. If you receive a term sheet from a VC with a fund size equivalent of A$20M we would participate on those terms.
Why are you looking for MVP / idea-stage and pre-revenue start-ups only? +

We believe our blend of hands-on coaching and long-term capital is best suited for those at the earliest stage of their journey.

We back teams at their inception and help them to work out how to get their first customers. We're happy to consider if you have just acquired your first couple of paying customers, too.

What if I've been working on my start-up for longer than 12 months? +
We are looking for the trajectory and pace of operation as key factors in our investment decision. We want teams that ship and drive quickly in our five weeks of coaching, and if you've been working at this business for years, this may not be for you.
