The AI Driven Sales Optimization Platform

Aimars helps sales teams that have a high volume of transactional deals with staying on top of their deals in 4 different ways. It categorizes deals as hot, at risk, or needing verification through intelligent pipeline management. The Engagement Score summarizes all customer interactions, identifying Boosters (positive actions) and Blockers (areas needing immediate attention) using six signals like sentiment analysis and decision-maker identification. Aimars also automatically generates next steps from customer interactions to guide sales reps toward closing deals. Additionally, the platform flags challenges requiring sales manager attention, such as pricing requests or technical issues in Manager 1on1 feature. Integrated with HubSpot and Salesforce with a single click, Aimars uses unstructured data such as content of emails, calls, notes & calendar to deliver accurate, data-driven insights without relying on manual CRM input.

  • MVP launched in July 2024

  • 6 out of 16 pilots have been onboarded to the platform (with companies such as Bookingkit, Scaleway, Cronofy, Nooxit, ExpertCollege & Sparrks) with €100k ARR revenue potential committed.

  • Verbal yes received from Fujitsu & GetYourGuide (scheduled for onboarding end of Oct) and in advanced discussions with UberEats.

  • Advisors include Marcus Bening (former VP of Revenue Ops @ Outreach.io), Vuyiswa M'Cwabeni (former SVP Digital Products @ SAP) and Nina Kani (former Director of Sales @ Salesforce).

  • So far 75k out of 500k pre-seed fundraising round is committed.
