Meet BrightBee - an adtech solution for real estate agencies that automates and optimizes the creation of ads to market properties, individual agents or local offices.
Real estate agents today are spending far too much time in marketing themselves and their properties, and they are doing so using very outdated methods. BrightBee was founded in Antler Sweden by Nick Börjlind, Niven Chinasamy and Rashdan Natiq to enable agents to focus fully on converting leads and closing deals.
BrightBee is a service aimed at real estate agencies that automatically creates ads to market properties, individual agents or local offices.
We simplify the ad creation process and we utilize our proprietary smart technology to make sure that the ads are being distributed to the relevant target groups for that particular property, agent or agency.
At the moment, real estate agents are spending far too much time in marketing themselves and their properties, and they are doing so using very outdated methods.
The agents simply need to just provide us with the property listing or the information itself, and we push it out to the right target group at the right time.
The tech stack right now is JS stack - we’re using NodeJS and ReactJS, and we have other API integrations with Facebook, Google and other relevant social media channels. Tech stack is something that I really want other startups to consider, especially if you’re heavily reliant on independent third party APIs. We have been using Docker, CircleCI, Rabbit MQ, and now we have moved everything under Google Cloud.
