People are at the heart of everything we do and with our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right! As our People & Culture intern, you will join our small and ambitious P&C team in co-creating a best in class employee experience by contributing to a large range of People & Culture elements such as onboarding, learning & development, engagement, people analytics, DEI, career mapping and more. We are looking for a student who is ready to own their impact in our People & Culture team as an intern. What you’ll do 

  • Coordinate and develop our learning and development content and delivery 
  • Help make the onboarding journey for all new team members a great one
  • Manage HRIS and feedback platforms
  • Research and data gathering in the purpose of continuous improvement
  • Draft processes and guidelines
  • Gather and analyze feedback from retention and exit interviews
  • Work directly with our People & Culture Director and CHRO on ad-hoc projects and tasks 

What you bring to the table

  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn about a large range of People & Culture elements
  • A strong self starter with good initiative and a hands-on attitude to get things done!
  • Passion for the employee experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and confidently - clear in messaging.
  • Ideally experience from prior internships in People & Culture roles preferred
